quiet room friendly staff
The location offered easy access to the historic area with only a ten minute walk. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and it always had plenty of options. Staff provided good communication and proved very friendly.

friendly staff breakfast garden
I really liked the friendly staff and their readiness to help! the breakfast garden was such a delight. the location was also excellent. It made getting around so easy!
The hotel was a little too expensive for what i got. I felt the room size was smaller than expected. it's a minor thing, but worth noting.

ineffective air conditioning unhelpful staff
The room's air conditioning was not effective I could not adjust the fan speed. The staff was unhelpful about the situation I was really disappointed with their response. the breakfast lacked variety most of the days I was there. There were not many options for hot meals or different cuisines and it became repetitive.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff spacious room varied breakfast
the staff was friendly and helpful, they quickly organised a taxi for my early train departure. the room was large with an entry area containing a useful table and mirror. breakfast offered excellent variety (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit).
i noticed the elevator seemed to need some servicing.

the hotel is close enough to a tram location for easy access to the inner-city area. the isar river is also located nearby. the hotel offers a garden where guests can relax.
